Please note: when you install the firmware on the console, please keep the power of your console above 35%. It takes more than 20 minutes to install, and it needs to be turned on manually after installation. Note: betools is only suitable for customers whose console reboots or cannot enter the system. If you just want to update to a stable version, I suggest you use an SD card to upgrade the firmware, thank you.

X18S customers have problems updating the firmware, and betools fails to read or write files. Our engineers are already dealing with related issues. First of all, please confirm whether the read and write permissions of your computer user group are checked. If yes To check, please right-click the firmware file-Properties-Security-Select User Group-Edit-Check the corresponding permissions. Then try again, I think the problem can be solved.

If you would simply assign somebody responsible to handle communicating with us it would show how you value your customers and also that you believe in your products.
There are many issues that still need to be resolved… The issue with battery drainage during sleep, the screen contrast/color, the lack of L3 and R3, AND…
I am afraid to even insert my brand new 512GB micro sd card until I feel confident it won’t be corrupted. I want to know whether or not the emulators can find the game files if the sd card is set as external storage instead of internal storage. I heard the games can only be detected through internal storage. Is there a solution, and what are the benefits of internal vs. external storage?

Good morning, gentlemen, I would like to ask you a favor. My Powkkid x18s had a problem I tried to return the original rom with Betools and X18S_GMS[vVI130007]—>v55_t618_64_r_Powkiddy-D3-gms-0.xml but for betools to start I have to go to Downloand and disable NV_LTE because it gives an error and does not continue when I remove it install more my x18s is restarting every 3 minutes, I saw that in your videos you have another older installation rom with XML like this—> v55_t618_64_r_Powkiddy-D2-gms-0.xml

Auto rotate is broken. Even when auto rotate disabled it still automatically flips the screen but weirdly especially in games.
