It takes more than 20 minutes to install, and it needs to be turned on manually after installation. Note: betools is only suitable for customers whose console reboots or cannot enter the system. If you just want to update to a stable version, I suggest you use an SD card to upgrade the firmware, thank you.

X18S customers have problems updating the firmware, and betools fails to read or write files. Our engineers are already dealing with related issues. First of all, please confirm whether the read and write permissions of your computer user group are checked. If yes To check, please right-click the firmware file-Properties-Security-Select User Group-Edit-Check the corresponding permissions. Then try again, I think the problem can be solved.

Xbox gamepass and Nvidia GeForce Now do not detect the built in controller buttons of the x18s, and the console drains battery extremely fast in sleep mode. Also gyro controls are flipped which breaks a lot of android games. I basically cannot use this device until those things are resolved
- gyroscope the axes are mixed up, it is impossible to play PUBG with a gyroscope.
- gamma is not configured very dark image (can be corrected by a third-party program)

January Update still drain battery in sleep mode, and battery usually stuck in 1-2% for long time, seem to be incorrect battery reading. Updated multiple times.
my x18s sometimes disconnect wifi and can’t turn on before reboot device. is this software bug?
